Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Ozone cash management platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Ozone provides a cloud-based cash management platform that enables banks, retailers, and cash-in-transit (CIT) providers to manage cash logistics, monitor devices, track operations, and analyze cash flow data. The Platform includes the Orbit, Pulse, and Nexus product modules, APIs, and related services.

To access the Platform, you must register for an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Platform in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Platform.
• Use the Platform to transmit harmful code or interfere with other users.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Platform without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Platform ("Customer Data"). By using the Platform, you grant Ozone a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the services. We will not access, use, or disclose Customer Data except as necessary to deliver the Platform or as required by law.

The Platform, including its software, design, documentation, and trademarks, is the property of Ozone Cash Management and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Platform as described herein.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Access to the Platform is subject to the fees outlined in your subscription agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance written notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ozone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your Customer Data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
